  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹500; a flat rate of ₹50 is charged for orders below ₹500.

  • Express Shipping: ₹100 flat rate for all orders.

6. Shipping Address

7. Undeliverable Packages

In case of an undeliverable package, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. We will contact you for re-shipment, which may incur additional charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Comptechworld Design Studio! We aim to provide you with the best quality t-shirts and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

    • If you paid via COD, you must provide your bank account details for the refund process.

  • Rejected Refunds:

    • Items not meeting the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund. The item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability.
